Racing action returns to RPM Speedway, this Friday, May 21st for Faster Pastor Night.
The five regular IMCA classes, Modifieds, Stocks, Hobby Stocks, Sport Mods and Sport Compacts will be on track for the night.
During intermission Ken Ediger, Pastor, North Oak Community Church, Patrick McGinnis, Director of Ministry, Celebration Community Church, Joel Maiorano, Supervisor, Pastoral Care Department, Hays Medical Center all of Hays and Todd Boyle, Associate Pastor, Church of God, Wakeeney will take the track in an IMCA Sport Compact car. Who will take home the title of the Faster Pastor? Rev. Joel claims he is not in the predicting business, but . . . predicts pain for those who attempt to take away what the Lord has predetermined.
Father Kevin Weber, Pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays will join us for the evening to sing the National Anthem and the Honorary Flagman will be Micah Sanderson, Campus Pastor of Cross Point Church, Hays.
Pits open at 4:30pm. Grandstands at 5:30pm, Hot Laps at 6:30pm and the green flag waves at 7:30pm.
Pit passes are $25.00, general admission, adults $10.00, kids 5-12 $5 and under 5 FREE.
The night's race sponsor will be Hays Chevrolet, Hays.
